Case 8: Overview

Some patients tell me "I want as cute a nose as you can give me." Usually these patients have a broad tip and thick skin which makes it a challenge. In these cases, I think it is important that patients bring in photographs of tips they like and then I will try to adapt their desire to their anatomy. The impact that a rhinoplasty can have on a patient's overall facial appearance can be dramatic.
