Case 15: Overview

As the cases get more complex, the surgeon must use more sophisticated graft techniques and surgical experience becomes more critical. The ability to recognize and fix surgical problems can only come from doing thousands of rhinoplasties. The result is often a dramatic change in how the patient sees themselves and improvement in their self confidence.
