Case 14: Overview

Approximately half of my practice is revision surgery to fix damaged noses. These cases are challenging and often require grafts of fascia or cartilage. The majority of secondary cases can be done with septal or ear cartilage with rib grafts used in a small percentage. The goal is to create a natural attractive nose without any signs of surgery.
