Case 11: Overview

Many Hispanic patients want to refine their nose without changing their ethnicity. I have written extensively on Hispanic Rhinoplasty in the United States and classified these noses into three types. This woman had a variation of a Mestizo nose which required significant tip grafting to achieve a refined tip.
